Our Program

Managers for Digital Shelf, Shopper & E-Commerce establish and manage the approach and standard for program delivery and governance across omnichannel retail initiatives, ensuring that clients maximize visibility, conversion, and return on investment across digital retail environments including Amazon, Walmart, and other key e-commerce platforms. Responsible for cross-functional team performance, they provide team members with the tools, support, and training essential to deliver the most effective and inventive digital commerce results. A CourtAvenue Program Manager - Digital Shelf, Shopper & E-Commerce - takes ownership of all programs and workstreams spanning digital shelf optimization, shopper marketing, and e-commerce channel execution to ensure completion on time, within budget and against set objectives.

Deep knowledge of retailer platforms, content syndication, and omnichannel shopper journeys is key to addressing client business needs, managing resources, and handling any issues that may arise.
