  • Support Comcast Business Services to retain existing customers
  • Use active listening and empathy to resolve customer issues
  • Communicate with various departments to rectify customer issues
  • Offer product bundles and price points to minimize churn
  • Contact clients at high propensity churn points
  • Meet or exceed retention goals for all product lines
  • Collaborate on customer satisfaction campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 Years relevant work experience
  • Billing Tools
  • Inbound/Outbound Call Center Proficiency
  • MS Suite Proficiency
  • MS Teams Proficiency
  • MS Outlook Proficiency
  • Sales - Customer Accounts required
