Title: Remote Tier 2 SAP Support Consultant
Location: Remote
Shift: Monday - FridayStart date : ASAP
Compensation: $48 - $52 ( depending on years of experience and education)Interview Process: One round interview process
Must haves
- 3–5+ years SAP Tier 2 support experience (MM / PP)
- Strong SAP troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident ownership
- Experience with cross‑module integrations and escalation management
- Hands‑on with SAP Notes, dumps/logs, and support tools (ServiceNow or SolMan)
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to ABAP debugging and collaboration with SAP Basis
- Experience supporting SAP interfaces (IDocs / RFCs)
- Ability to write functional documentation and participate in technical reviews
- Background in manufacturing or life sciences environments
- Own and resolve complex SAP Tier 2 incidents
- Perform deep-dive functional and technical troubleshooting
- Analyze dumps, logs, and apply SAP Notes
- Support MM/PP processes and cross-module integrations
- Escalate to developers or Basis as needed
- Monitor system performance and configuration changes
- Create KBAs and mentor Tier 1 support
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
