Regional Reliability Manager - Gypsum Division

<strong>Your Job<br><br></strong>Georgia-Pacific is seeking a qualified professional to support our Gypsum Division in Reliability and Maintenance. The Regional Reliability Manager will provide dedicated assistance and leadership as a strategic partner to all gypsum facilities. Responsibilities to include but not limited to Asset Maintenance Work Process support, Root Cause Analysis, and implementation of predictive technology programs such as vibration, infrared, ultrasonic and oil analysis, lubrication excellence, and small project execution.<br><br>While this is a “remote” role, much of the work will be onsite. In addition to the site reliability team and facility department leaders this role will partner with many others including the ACO (Asset Center Owner) Team, Regional Operations Leaders, the Collaboration and Support Center (CSC) and other divisional capabilities.<br><br><strong><em>This role is based out of our GP headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We operate on a hybrid schedule with remote flexibility. There will be a minimum of 50% travel.<br><br></em></strong><strong>What You Will Do In Your Role<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work with plant leaders and corporate leaders to strategically improve reliability within the Gypsum Division</li><li>Remove roadblocks and support the plant Reliability Leaders/Maintenance Managers in meeting our Goals</li><li>Foster sustainable improvements in the asset maintenance work processes and utilize KPIs with correct level of detail to maintain improvements</li><li>Engage with plants to improve outage planning process and outage execution</li><li>Advance PM program at the site level via PM optimization / Asset Strategy Development</li><li>Communicate goals down to plant level and communicate to leadership status of reliability program</li><li>Provide guidance on Fixed Cost spend to ensure goals are met</li><li>Creatively explore how to better meet site reliability needs through the use of technology while partnering with site and corporate SMEs</li><li>Ensure plant personnel are trained and understand precision installation</li><li>Facilitate RCAs as appropriate, as well as determination of investigation details</li><li>Work on plans for integration of new tools from the Collaboration and Support Center (CSC) to support asset health</li><li>Work on-site with techs and others to get new tools implemented</li><li>Provide oversight for transitions to tech enabled reliability methods</li><li>As necessary provide “flow to work” expertise to critical needs across the sites<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>The Experience You Will Bring<br><br></strong>Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>10 year of continuous manufacturing experience</li><li>Experience with predictive reliability methods and predictive analytics database programs to identify and track asset health issues</li><li>Experience with Asset Strategy Development and Root Cause Analysis</li><li>Experience with Asset Maintenance Work Process</li><li>Willing and able to travel 50-75%<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What Will Put You Ahead<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering OR Equivalent work experience</li><li>CMRP/CRL Certification</li><li>Certification(s) in Lubrication, Vibration Analysis, Air Compressor Maintenance</li><li>Experience with data analysis, metrics reporting, pareto analysis and trending production losses</li><li>Experience working within the building products industry<br><br><br></li></ul><em>At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
