<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Epitec is seeking a <strong>Material Planning & Logistics Supervisor</strong> to support a high-volume manufacturing operation. This is a <strong>hands-on supervisory leadership role</strong> focused on safety, quality, productivity, and team development within a <strong>union manufacturing environment</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Details</strong></p><p><strong>Position Title: </strong>Material Planning & Logistics (MPL) Supervisor</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Louisville, KY 40241</p><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong> Fully Onsite</p><p><strong>Shift: Day Shift-Rotating shifts required</strong> (including nights and weekends)</p><p><strong>Contract Type: W2 Contract – Long-Term</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $32+/hr. (Medical Benefits & PTO Included)</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly manufacturing workforce</li><li>Organize workflow to meet daily production and quality targets</li><li>Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives through coaching standardized work</li><li>Verify production lines are running safely, efficiently, and producing quality parts</li><li>Hold self and team accountable to high performance standards using servant leadership</li><li>Build strong relationships with hourly employees, union representatives, and management</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and exceed team and company performance goals</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years of supervisory experience in a Material Planning & Logistics or manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving and people management skills</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends</li><li>High School Diploma or GED</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Additional safety training or manufacturing leadership certifications (preferred, not required)</li></ul><p><br></p><p>#ManufacturingJobs #LogisticsSupervisor #PlantLeadership #LouisvilleKY #W2Jobs #INDOEM</p>
