Safely handle and apply fumigants and other pest control products in compliance with safety guidelines and regulations. Collaborate with clients to develop customized fumigation plans that meet their specific needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate records of all fumigation activities, including treatment plans, product usage, and client communications. Monitor and document treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful pest management. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional customer service. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices related to fumigation and pest management. Train and mentor junior fumigation technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, environmental sustainability, and client confidentiality. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Maintain and organize fumigation equipment and supplies to ensure they are in good working condition. Provide recommendations for improvements to fumigation processes and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
