Customer Advocate, Tier 1 Support

<p>We are searching for a motivated and organized Customer Advocate, Tier 1 Support to join our InVision team and provide exceptional customer service to our users. As a Customer Advocate, Tier 1 Support, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring inquiries are answered in a timely manner and that customers receive the best possible service.To be a successful Customer Advocate, Tier 1 Support at InVision, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for helping people. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a deep understanding of customer service best practices.
